Our waiter was very friendly Service excellent, food was great will definitely come back
I came to your restaurant once before, received fantastic service and decided to go back for a repeat experience. This, I assure you, was our last visit. I took family to your establishment this past Saturday to celebrate a special occasion. We were seated next to a table with a young African party, who were loud, boisterous and inconsiderate toward all of the patrons in the immediate surrounding. We then came to realize that the young male was completely inebriated past the point of reasoning and comprehension of his actions, shouting racial slurs and profanities. When we tried to get management involved to address the issue, he started calling himself the k*** word, in an attempt to some kind of reaction out of us. Completely unacceptable! When management eventually intervened and called the man aside, he just returned back to the table and continued this downright disgusting behavior. How can you allow completely inebriated, intoxicated people to enter your restaurant and risk ruining the afternoon of all your other paying customers? You will not be hearing from us again, and if this is the kind of service and treatment we expect to receive then I can assure you that you will definitely be losing a lot more business in the future.
With my understanding that it's a steakhouse, I would insist that more attention of flavouring goes into the calamari tubes dish as it is also served on the menu, it was pretty much bland. The cremé brulee was delicious end to my dining experience. The waiters are very attentive and helpful providing a warm lively environment.
Overall great restaurant. Our waiter Lazie was friendly and very helpful. Couldn't have asked for better service. The atmosphere is great, at a certain time they turn the lights low, to give the restaurant a more chilled feeling. We started off with snails, only thing is, it is not on the menu, so you have to ask for it, I heard from a friend, otherwise I would not have known myself. I feel they should put it on the menu, because it is define. We had steak and veggies, and was that veggies delicious and the steak perfectly as we like it. Dessert was Créme Brule, it was to die for. So overall I would most definitely recommend TURN AND TENDER VAAL MALL.
2019-05-23 This was our third visit. Great food and service to match. Expensive, but above average steaks. We went for their special. Sirloin steak and a side for R42, and with the quality of their steaks that is exceptional value for money. Highly recommended.
I would like to thank Kabelo and Alex at T And T for a great evening, setting up the table as I wanted it and making sure everything was perfect, but a great great thank you to Jack our waiter, he was the one whom made our night go on with no hassles, thank you guys for a great evening and aspecialy the food always the best and last night was no different. I choose T and T Restaurants above any that I have ever gone to... Thank you so much
What an amazing food experience, wow I'm totally blown away by our waiter. Ernest I think... He knew the menu, ingredients and all about every single plate we ordered. We were totally sold by that awesome, amazing, delicious cusiene... EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!
Their steak and ribs are really good. The steakhouse is on the first floor on your left from entrance 6 opposite Ster Kinekor.
This is a great, slightly more formal dining option in the Vaal. The shop has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food is excellent and they do killer steaks. They have a good wine collection. The staff are friendly and the service is fast. They only drawback is that they are quite expensive. The quality is good, however this is slightly more expensive than expected.
Way over priced - really too expensive for the offering. Went across them to John Dorys instead for a fair priced meal instead.Service: 3/5
