Was my first time visiting this store. First impression was, wow! Everything is well marked, staff members were very helpful and prices were reasonable. Clean and well lit. Fully stocked and a wide range of products and services available. For bigger items and building materials there's a different dispatching area. Wheelchair friendly and easy accessible with some limitations. There are secure open parking available in front of the store. Till slip well layed out and easy to understand. The cashier was friendly and efficient and it felt like it ended the whole experience in the store on a great note.
Didn't have a deep shopping experience but they due have lawnmower/ edge trimmer repair. And they sell a wide variety of materials. They sell in large quantities too.
Nice large hardware to suit all your needs. Friendly and helpful staff will ensure you aren't left wondering around trying to find things

1.unforgetable experience three seperate times at the till with the same cashier...complained about her atitude but no improvement. 2.also dodgy salesperson at pool section trying to push onto you an item based on lies and misinformation
So the name says it all. I always like shopping here as you mostly get what you're looking for and the prices are reasonable. Got in within 5min I ws helped n out of the store. Grt store
Have always had a great experience at this Mica, I shop here because of the service, certainly not the pricing. However, when I have a Workshop Manager Tobie acting aggressive, screaming and shouting at me like I work for him, then all the loyalty I have shown this store from the time they were a small store goes out the window. Fortunately I am spoilt for choice and Chamberlains will be getting my business from here onwards. Johan the Manager finally called me back after two calls by me, while not outright condoning the behaviour of his Workshop Manager, seemed totally un-phased by this kind of behaviour nor my concerns raised, which tells me this is a more common occurrence than what I originally thought. @Braam Blignaut.... you are losing your touch that made you successful in the first place. Add 6 September 2022 the response below looks like they actually respond to complaints, however, all they do is send you another complaint form, I completed but nothing happens after that. Another company that could care less....
Well organised establishment with everthing you might need. The stsff are helpfull and know their products. Can take care of all your hardware needs
The shop lives up to its name, "Almost Everything / Amper Alles". The service is great; everyone wants to help. Enough parking and food/coffee inside.
