We have traveled all over and this place was definitely top of our list. There was absolutely nothing to complain. Food was amazing and staff so friendly. We loved our room. Close to all activities. Beautiful and clean Safety: Very safe Walkability: Very nice hiking trails Food & drinks: Everything you can think of
While the rooms are clean they have some sort of a musty smell and they have a mould issue in both rooms and bathrooms. The food was just ok nothing wow. The best thing was the staff service even though there was that one person who was not so friendly. Overall it's ok with their beautiful hiking and bike trail. Great for the family outing
I had an amazing stay at this place. The staff were so amazing and accommodating. The bar services were great, thank you Sylvester. The room was cleaned on a daily basis, perfectly. Big shout out to the Manager Brenton for keeping up to all his promises on making my stay at Ingeli Forest super fantastic. This is truly a relaxing environment to getaway from the city if you looking for peace, tranquility and a home away from home. Thank Ingeli Forest and Brenton for this wonderful experience.
We spent a lovely wet weekend at this resort. The rooms are comfortable and the set up of the resort is lovely. You can walk everywhere you need to be and the gardens are beautiful. The food was excellent.Rooms: 4/5
First impression is a very nice building including the restaurant. However, the rooms: poor. First one without water. They promised repaired within one hour. Not. New room, better with water, however, electricity switch open. You could touch the wires.
Beautiful resort.....facilities are excellent. Spa treatment was on point. Food quality was excellent. Kids playroom was the best we've seen. Pool area is out of this world including separate heated pools, waterfall pool feature etc. All round classRooms: 4/5
Great hotel with Friendly staff, just a pitty that both times we stayed there we ended up with food poisoning. The first time we did not say anything because we were not sure if it was the food. Now that this has happened for a second time something must be done about it. I stay in Anew hotels arround the country on a regular basis and this is the first bad experience. Food & drinks: You need to get kitchen checked, food presented very nice but think something not right, First time we stayed there my Girl friend ate fish and got sick and landed up in Kokstad medi clinic on a drip, this time we shared a meal and both of us got sick, chicken liver starter and a mince pizza for main coarse. Kitchen needs to be tested for salmonella and meat products need to be tested . This is very dangerous .
This resort was beautiful and relaxing. The spa was nice and the food was really good too. I had a good experience with all the staff as they all treated me with kindness. Love this place!Rooms: 5/5
The suites are nice and open onto the central pool area. The apartments are more plain. Service is excellent. Location is nice and peaceful within a forested area. Food & drinks: Good restaurant at the hotel
This retreat provided my family and me with the most stunning vacation. We were in awe of every aspect from start to finish. The experience at the restaurant was spectacular, with the staff willing to prepare dishes off the menu to ensure our vegetarian requirements were not only met, but exceeded multiple times over. The waiters abd waitresses were super-friendly and respectful, and made the entire dining experience, whether at breakfast, lunch or supper something to be cherished : Every course of the meal was wholesome, nutritious and simply delicious, capturing the most vibrant colours and flavours from not only the local area, but drawing on elements of worldwide cuisine. The managerial staff were out of this world with their attention to detail and interest in making the atmosphere so homely and comforting. A huge thank you to everyone on the property. In terms of amenities abd activities, there is plenty to do, from a very creative adventure golf course to tennis courts and games rooms and playgrounds to keep children occupied for hours. My personal favourite was the multitude of forest walks and hiking and biking trails on offer that allow you to truly experience why this is a Forest Resort. The calling of pure, clean air, serene rivers flowing and just the most pristine, indigenous forest environment brings you a real sense of calm, tranquility and appreciation for what the great outdoors of South Africa has to offer! Food & drinks: Delicious, especially the range of desserts on offer. And don't leave without savoring the Milo Milkshake : : :
