Friendly staff that is the only 1 star , but the previous owner and staff was outstanding, I was on holiday when I decided to go for a leg wax,the therapist ran out of wax this was so not professional . Perfect 10 shelly beach ,shelly centre is not the spa to go too ,the rooms are dirty and untidy ,unprofessional, unhygienic . I waxed my legs but I have pimples on my legs and my skin is itchy, which never ever happened. Spas are always a hygienic environment with professional therapist and well stocked with all essentials . First perfect 10 at SHELLY BEACH, SHELLY CENTRE DURBAN is a disgrace to other PERFECT 10.......KIM
