Some of the workers speak to people in such a demeaning manor. They are open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. There is a lack of communication from the consulate to the community. I applied for my ID and I had to keep calling to find out if it's ready. Sometimes they wouldn't answer the phone. I am still waiting on feedback on how far my passport application process is. It can be really difficult to get hold of the people. There specific numbers to call for different processes. I really wish that they would improve their service. You need to to book an appointment for whatever process you want to apply for.

Very poor service and lack of knowledge . I was asking for information on behalf of an Australian friend and they suggested she fly to the nearest country that has consular presence to apply . The person had not even heard of the Angolan e-visa . This is a very bad way to promote your country . You are better off with googling angola e-visa and prepare yourself mentally for lots of documentation .
