Founded in 1998, based in Stellenbosch, Western Cape RSA, @heart’s vision of an environment in which compassion resides, where those living with HIV and AIDS are fully accepted and the gift of life respected, stretches the organization’s capabilities and image of itself. It gives shape and direction to the organization’s future, it resonates with all personnel, clients and friends of @heart, it helps us feel proud, excited, and part of something much bigger than ourselves.
@heart strives toward providing an integrated and collaborative psycho-socio support service to those living with HIV and AIDS, the implementation of tailored preventative measures and a client centred diagnostic-therapeutic intervention through effective counselling and HIV testing.
