Rooms are absolutely amazing ,wheelchair friendly Ground units Everything is close including a private section on the beach. Heated pools were amazing as we were there for a Rainy Durban weekend. Looking forward to another stay Nearby activities: So accessible Safety: Absolutely safe with numerous security guards on patrol 24 hours Walkability: You don't need a car when you here Food & drinks: Lovely restaurant on site
Nice place to have vacation, caravan stands are not to spacious. Average sized. Nice beach, however some distance to cover before you reach the sea. Good clean facilities. Well maintained.Rooms: 4/5
The atmosphere is all holiday. The management of this establishment is superb its well maintained with no hiccups thanks for making our family vacation a superb vacation. I see alot of negative comments about the rules this is a family orientated resort and it's therefore necessary to keep everyone safe and happy. Best ATKV resort of them all thank you again.
My birthday weekend at ATKV Natalia was a pleasure from beginning to end. The whole resort was kept spotlessly clean, the accommodation supplied absolutely everything we needed, the pool was huge, warm with plentiful recliners, the restaurant food was delicious. Very unfriendly staff - they dont like when you disturb them during their working hours. The unit was filthy on arrival - yet they kept us till book-in time to enter even though it was not cleaned. The swimming pool is too hot to swim. 22h00 is curfew - we understand it is quiet time, but when it is boiling hot and your room doesn't have proper ventilation, we are forbidden from being outside. By far the worst ATKV resort.
Absolute worst resort! Everything is locked till 6 am. You are unable to take a sunrise walk on the beach at 5:40. All other amenities are locked till 6 so if your child is up early and wants to play. Sorry wait till 6. Facilities include a super-tube. So yes as a mom with kids that love super-tube you will definitely book here.. NO big mistake because Super-tube runs for 2 hrs a day. Please explain that to my children and all other kids!! Rooms are extremely hot with only sealing vans NO Aircons in the room. Broken shower. The list just goes on. Never booking here again. Highly disappointed. Worst experience ever at a ATKV resort
Our kids loved the pools, trampolines and other facilities. The room wasn’t very comfortable. No place to sit other than dining table and bed. No stoep or comfortable place. Rules around vaping on the property are excessively strict. Fans were disgustingly dirty.
Came in for a year end weekend camp with Divine Solace Ministry on the 2nd of December and Wooooow, we had a time of our lives, from the clean amenities, to the fun packed activities on the property we wanted to extend our stay but well had to drive back to Joburg for work . We definitely coming back in December 2023Rooms: 5/5
Came for a peaceful holiday but they have a very large very loud generater literally 2m from my window which they first switched on 6:30 in the morning, and now its 11 pm and the very loud machine is at it again. Really? And I have to pay full rates for this?? Very dissappointed Rooms: 3/5
I have an issue with management checking for lost or broken things after people have left, I went with a group of ladies there and before checking out we used that check list they have and only a cup and whiskey glass was broken and was paid before we left. Now a week later we get an email with a whole list of items that needs to be paid which is a totally incorrect misrepresentation of what is.
