I would like to Compliment Kaylan that works in the Pharmacy.. out of all the Pharmacies Dishcem's and Clicks in the East Rand area that I contacted to find my son's medication, he was the only person to take my number down and got back to me with a Clicks that would be able to assist. Thank you for your brilliant service..

I go here every month for chronic medicine. Always friendly and helpful.

Till points  are extremely slow. Almost like there is no sense of urgency when there are two till points open and plenty people standing in line to pay. This has been my experience almost every time I visit this clicks store. They really need to fix this. In general the store is well stocked and neat. Free parking outside.

Every time there is an “issue” with  my script … that’s after waiting 20-30 minutes to be assisted with only 3/4 people in the queue

So its supposed to open at 08h30, yet, its closed, not even staff inside the store, im leaving now and going to Dischem, atleast that store would be open and I dont have to wait infront of the gate....atleast update your opperating hours.

Incompetent, staff. Waste customers time and i presume do not even know how to use a card machine.

Pharmacist not in yet,after 8am. Just come from dentist and in terrible pain,but waiting for the Pharmacist. This is terrible

Very friendly staf. It is never out of stock and I always find what I'm looking for here.

Well stocked clicks.

Pharmacy is good but tills are slow and only 2 open on a busy Saturday morning
