Just want to say thank you for the honesty of your staff, I had left R7000 beats headphones in one of your vehicles and when I called 4 days later to ask if you have it, it was taken out of the vehicle and given to the office for me to collect. Thanks again!!!

Actually disappointed that they would give me a car and tell me that the disc has expired. Surely they shouldn't have and even wes wipers worn dash broken wiper wash not working dear water jet shooting on incoming traffic. Pity though the ladies at reception are professional, management excellent warm and courteous wes lady by name Sis B she's fabulous
I have been waiting for over a week for my deposit return, rental car was picked up 4 days late. This is pathetic and really unprofessional. It will be the last time everI use avis, and I hope this post gets read by everyone. This is what happens when you put people in positions that they are not qualified to handle, well done on just another flop south Africa!

I went to drop my car at ellegant square and had arranged to pic up the rental car at avis in EL. Ellegant square is our of town. Whist I waited for a transport to drop me at avis there arrived two drivers for avis droping a car for a client. I saw an opportunity and asked one of avis drivers to drop me off at their office. He was sooo rise I had to tell him to forget. In arrival at Avis. I received an excellent service from a nice lady that made my day. But that driver lacks members and he lacks professionalism. This happened on Monday 2019 Sept 30 at east London. Besides the driver scene their service is excellent

I dropped my car off at 07h30, after having it washed and cleaned, as well as refueled. I met Tessa inside, who had an assistant walk outside with me and do an inspection of the car. He said all is good and that i can go. I still asked again if he is happy with everything and he said he is. Two hours later Tessa calls me and says there is a scratch on the front bumper and i am liable. I refuted this via email and got no response. Today Avis have deducted R1661.00 from my account. Still no email response. Time for the legal route?
