Bad service , rude representation. Upon collecting my vehicle would not accept my wife's credit card , I had to go and come back with cash. They said they would e.mail my contract which I never received,  had to go back again and asked them to print it.  Never ever if I can help it will I deal with Avis again. After delivering my vehicle I asked for a lift home , they refused I then had to walk 5km home , I'm 65 and couldn't believe their attitude.

Very Awesome Service from the staff.

Natasha is a super friendly and helpful lady. Gave us great advice. Will definitely recomend Avis to the public.
