Had the best Lemon Meringue and Latte served by a very jolly and professional Faith. Nothing was too much for Faith, she made sure we were well looked after. The food was yummy! Parking: Outside or parkade- all good Wheelchair accessibility: Easy for wheelchair users

Service was slow and food bland to mediocre. Premium price should equal premium quality,sadly this was not the case. Ask for Avo on toast and got this bad presented plate. Give this place a skip if you are in for a quick meal

Worst Mugg & Bean experience EVER! I’m a huge Mugg & Bean food lover and I’ve never experienced such bad food before until yesterday The buttermilk chicken was terribly dry and tasteless! There was barely any slaw or mozzarella in there also!!! The wings were undercooked as the meat was bloody! The “blue cheese” dressing was just some mayo mixed with tomato sauce ‍ There were flies all over and couldn’t even enjoy the sit in! We waited so long to get our food! My partner had the chicken liver chipotle and they smelled like blood and tasted terrible, not like the ones we are used to from the Mugg & Bean’s we Normally eat at! Definitely don’t recommend it!

I went there with my friends before our flight. Positives: 1. The Breakfast Bagel was tasty and filling. 2. The Smashed Chickpea Mayo Open Sandwich was fresh and had great texture and flavour. Negatives: 1. Service was good but a bit slow. 2. The South African Farm Breakfast came with an undercooked Boerewors sausage. It was also overpriced. 3. The feta they used in the Mediterranean Veg Open Sandwich was very soft and bland. Overall it was an okay experience. Their food could be better with higher quality ingredients. They do need to get new menus though, most of them are extremely worn out.

Beautiful relaxed atmosphere, delicious food and friendly service. We dropped our cousin off and needed somewhere to relax after rushing for the plane. We were served by Busi who was sweet, friendly and efficient. We'll definitely be back!!

Always a fan of M & B but this is the best branch I think! Lovely food here - great salads, fresh avo and the cauliflower bites were insanely good! Loved the cheesecake and a lovely rooibos with honey and lemon to finish it all off. Thanks also for the great service from Busi

The food was okay but the service overall was poor. There is an atmosphere of zero urgency and the waiters failed to see to us timeously and provide us with basic things such as sauce and wet wipes until we had requested for them. They also charge R12.00 for a glass of hot water which I think is ridiculous.

Oscar was a very good and friendly waiter. Coffees we're good at this Mugg&Bean. The food came quickly and was of a typical standard so nothing to complain about.

Oscar is a very friendly and welcoming waiter. The food was good. I do think presentation could be a bit more improved. My coffee was also slightly cold but still bearable. The glasses do need to be shined. They're a bit old and scratched. Other than that, it a beautiful place to have some breakfast.
