B4C Fitness Centre is run and operated by a husband and wife team Danie & Charmain du Preez. Between the two of them they have more than 20 years experience in the fitness industry, varying from Personal Training, Martial Arts, Taebo, CrossFit training and Preggy Bellies.
People are their passion and they care about every single person that comes through their doors. Their is “a Gym with a Difference” and the people that are members are part of a family. Some clients grew with them from the start and somehow the one’s that leave find their way back “home”.
The B4C Fitness Centre utilise all their experience combined to bring you the best Functional Fitness Training available.
