Stoneridge Skatepark

What an amazing place. Such beautiful people. When you fall they help you up and they motivate you. I did experience a problem going in though because google maps leads you to the back and not the direct entrance but that was also sorted out very quickly. Had a wonderful day and time here. Looking forward to going many more times and also inviting others

Some good improvements already, keep it up! Drinks, nibbles and eats also available. Small fair entrance fee to cover the basics. Toilet facilities, tables, chairs. Good friendly people, boards and bmx all welcome. Keep up the support peeps

Been coming to this Park for a long time Rude staff after making payment and mistake was done on their side Paid R20 to skate and R10 for spectator but they can't even supply toilet paper in the bathroom for ladies You standards have drop since you put kids in charge I won't be coming back after 5 years of skating here

The park is adequate for the normal street skater - with a few obstacles and ramps. It gets fairly busy on Saturdays from around 12pm and less so on Sundays. There are people who reside in the derelict building that adjoins the park, but from my observations they'll chase away any homeless person who may be in the way of skaters or bikers. With that said, I'm a bit at odds with regards to the parks safety - haven't had an incident there or seen anything, but then again it's in a not so posh part of Johannesburg.

Not well kept, doesn't feel safe. There are homeless people who live there. I don't advice going alone.

New ownership at the skate park, they have started cleaning and fixing the place up. Really starting to look good again! Well Done to the new owners!

It's pretty much a decent park with all it's street obstacles very much enjoyably

Love the place,great spot to hang out with friends and do the highest kickflip you can

Good vibes, definately better than before with all the homeless people living there. Still needs some work and upgrades. Ladies toilets are not nice.
