Pilates Guru Studio is a friendly environment, a place for you to come for a GREAT WORKOUT and unwind.
This is my 10th year of teaching Pilates and I absolutely LOVE IT!!!
Exercise is my passion and I think Pilates is a well rounded balanced exercise, I have yet to find an exercise that offers so much. Pilates is for everyone of all shapes and sizes, genders, ages and fitness levels, all classes can be catered for your specific needs.
My classes are kept small, so that individual attention is not lost and that everyone still gets the focus and attention they need.
I do however offer Private sessions if that is what you prefer.

Private- one on one sessions
Group sessions (maximum 6-8 ppl) per class
Corporate Classes
Pensioners Classes available
