Great gym. Not too busy at peak times but you may have to wait for some cardio machines. That's usually your days earlier in the week. Change room and toilets are clean and staff are super friendly.
What an absolute shocker. Firstly you are unable to enter the gym to the Kauai without filling out a whole form for Virgin Active. I am visiting the Kauai not the gym. Why should I share all my personal details with Virgin Active just to buy from Kauai. That is absolutely the most crazy thing I have ever heard of.
Very unfriendly and rude manager. I arrived with my 9 year old daughter for the 1st time. He would not let her accompany me and said she had to wait in the front while I train. I didn't realize I had to pay a R125 monthly fee for her to attend the creche. He couldn't even offer me a 1 time free option for her. How can I leave a nine year old girl in the front while I workout. What unfriendly and rude staff
Since joining VA many years ago, this gym remain my best. Always coming back and even forgetting my stuff there. I love you guys
Good gym, change room and gym are clean and staff are friendly. The TV’s tend to freeze every 30 seconds which can be annoying when you’re running.
Been a member for 16 years. The equipment is outdated and often not repaired. They are doing away with zumba and yoga

The gym is great, but finding a parking spot is absolutely terrible!
Gym is generally nice. Would get a better rating if the pool was hotter. I swim late afternoon /early evening and the pool is by then almost always cold. But in all fairness, the staff are almost always friendly and willing to help and the gym is well equipped
