Can you give less than 1 star? My baby registry was ‘lost’ by staff and my friends were told to buy from someone else’s box. Manager not available to talk to me. Devastating experience. Asked to see on CCTV that they did create my box and the ‘system was down’ that day. What a joke.

Very bad customer service from a lady at the till point with the braids. She was so so rude. I actually wanted to go back to tell her off but my husband convinced me to be peaceable. I was very disappointed

I looked all over Gqeberha for a Korbell Nappy Bin. It was at Baby City at 17th Quarter that I found one. I was thrilled!

Purchased baby goods for overseas posting as a gift.Unfortunately the prescribed courier container did not fit the item. On return to Baby City with original packaging and receipt within the required time was refused a refund. Have no use for a voucher. Will not recommend Baby City to any consumer as I feel they are not consumer orientate

Are your sales representatives even educated regarding the products they sell? Every question my husband asked today got the reply "I don't know" - Never going there again. So frustrating!
