This one particular time the utensils were all greasy [See Pics] and I asked to exchange them for cleaner ones. Waiter didnt seem to have a problem with taking them away and returning with the same set barely wiped with someting to be a tad bit more shiny- from all the grease, but no fingerprints or marks. Albeit I did not use these and neither did I want to be nasty. On the flip side their chicken is always very nice and service isn't bad at all Id like to just order take away but I never get the full piece I ordered when I ts take away. I asked the waiter about this once and he just laughed. Barcelos sauce is incredible overall.

Placed an order on the official barcellos app , then 1.5hrs later I call to be told they don't use those order number , just ridiculous

In fact they don't deserve any stars. Pathetic. Rude. No response from the manager. Worse take out I ever ate. They should take advice from Barcelos in Mount Edgecombe
