Dr Joe was the most informative, kindest, warmest, most sincere and empathetic Dr/Vet that I have ever encountered in all my years of being a mom to all the beloved furbabies that I have had. While still being professional he was so sure to assure and reassure me that the biggest and most heartbreaking decision that I was about to make was done with the care and compassion that I needed as I felt as if my world was ending. As difficult as it was I left there knowing that what I had done was the right thing for my baby girl Ruby of 16 year's and that I wasn't alone in this, Dr Joe gave me the right advice at the most difficult crossroad in my life. There was no rush, no bill to add to the heartbreak when I walked out, but instead I was told I can sort things out when I collect her ashes - the thoughtfulness for the pain I was feeling was placed above money and for this, I too am truly grateful. You, Dr Joe helped me through a tough decision without being forceful, but rather kind, informative and so understanding and for this I will always be grateful. The Staff Is So Outstanding. You Will Always Get A Warm Welcome From Neil & Terry As You Walk Through The Door. Our Fur Kids Went In Recently To Get Their Teeth Done. Our family has used this Practice for about 50 years and have been very satisfied. They operate a Loyalty system which has been a real boon. Recently they have made changes which they say is due to Load Shedding affecting their Card machine and hence if you pay whilst on Load Shedding, you forfeit your Loyalty kick-back. Either you have a Loyalty program or you don't! In this day and age allowances must be made!
They are amazing and have a great team of people working there!
Benoni Vet is amazing. They have been so incredibly helpful with all my animals I have taken to them over three years. Love the compassion behind all their staff.
First time at this vet. My cat was sick 3 weeks ago when I took him to my usual vet, they kept him for 2 nights, gave him anti nausea meds, meds to increase his appetite. Told me he was severely dehydrated and couldn’t tell me why or what. No tests done. He is sick again brought him here and what a difference! Gave him injections and antibiotics, did tests and he didn’t need to stay overnight, which is very traumatic for him especially when it’s unnecessary, just a check up here the next morning. He was already better and eating again the same night and meds to be taken at home which my initial vet never gave either. Will definitely not go anywhere else in future
