The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. The food however was really good and the kitchen staff were very attentive and went the extra mile. The rooms are nice and big. Rooms: Bigger than average Food & drinks: Had breakfast there and it was delicious and there was a big variety of food to choose from
Generally the place is ok. More work on quality of towels and as the floor is carpeted kindly frequency in vacuum cleaning is advised. Services are generally ok. This hotel is the best. Everything was prepared accordingly and the food was so delicious. A big shout out to the friendly staff who made my stay even more better; Fred, Humphrey, David and also Mapaseka are still there. Your stay will be worth it.
