Indaba Hotel

I was offered a room little knowing there was no bed. The actual fact of offering a customer a room without a bed to sleep on says alot about the management and how they welcome guests. Eventually got offered another and had to pack up all my stuff and move to the lower floor, all of this after 8pm...definitely not impressed.

Spent the nighy and was amazed, didn't enjoy the bath, tub and no shower , and no curtains to you have to wipe the floor or else you trip outta the tub and hurt your self.Rooms: 5/5

Generator kicks in during loadshedding

My stay was a nightmare there was no electricity, we were given 1 candle for the room, even the water was cold 2 bath. We never even ate their breakfast.The person who welcomed us, I don’t think was a staff had an attitude . I don’t advice anyone to go to this hotelRooms: 2/5

It's okay in terms of cleanliness. Food is good and the staff go all out to meet our needs. Just okay for resting.

I didn't enjoy my stay at this place, air-conditioning didn't work, when plugged it in tripped the entire floors power. Breakfast was not good at all and took very long. I would avoid this hotel

Poor service, poor security, food not nice, everything is just not right..I will never recommend this place to anyone

Hotel with friendly Staff .It is clean and observe the Covid regulations.A safe place.
