Best of Asia - Fourways

Ordered from Simply Asia Fourways by Uber eats. Food delivery was quick, food was hot, and well packed no leakages. All of the food was flavoursome and tasted really good. Maybe not as good as eating at the restaurant, but was convenient!Food: 4/5

I’m visiting from Cape Town and I decided to order my usual Friday dish the Phad Thai noodle. The food quality was extremely poor and stale. The amount of water in the dish is completely absurd and disgusting. The sprouts and tofu is old and stale and to top it all off they hardly put any chicken into my dish as my source of protein. I phoned the manager and he admitted it’s common complaint with this particular dish, he then put down the phone after I complained. I would like refund for my order plus the Uber eats delivery I had to pay. They should be investigated by the head office since I see there are numerous complaints about them.

Waste of money, the food was terrible , watery , no flavour at all. First time I went the food was Okhy but now no ways . The 2 stars are for quick service and our server was the to check up on us .

I ordered my usual thai dish, phad thai. Possibly the worst phad thai I had, it had a smell to it and too much sauce and just didn’t taste good at all. The first waitress was very helpful , the second one took her sweet time to bring me the pos machine. Go to the Bryanston branch instead.

I got a take-away Beef 125 and although it smelled good, it really looked a bit like dog food and the flavour is rather underwhelming. Might as well have bought a cheap frozen patty from the supermarket. This dish could do with some garnish to make it look more appealing, as in the advertised image.

So busy had to wait forever for our order because they were busy with online orders.

Overcooked & oily noodles. What's the point of asking for hot if they ain't gonna do so. Honestly this was like eating prison food. How are they still in business.

This is the worst Simply Asia branch I’ve ever been to. The waiters are so unfriendly, unaware & bare-minimum in their approach. Almost like they think they’re doing you a favour lol. The food is definitely not as good as other branches. Please save your money & don’t come to this disappointment of a branch. They need to close it down ASAP.
