I've dealt and worked with many techies before. Blown away by Dimitri's professional demeanor and knowledge. I had an emergency with my network adapter on my laptop, which he had to resolve by going into 200+ lines of DOS code. I got my laptop back less than 12 hours later with everything working. They also have incredible deals to make competitive machines at a lower price. I bought this laptop at Evetech, but after experiencing their poor customer service, I'll be going back to Biser Computers from now on.

Upon returning from an overseas family trip, a Micro SD card with irreplaceable Photos and Videos became corrupt and unreadable. Though the data had no financial value, the personal value of the memories was immense to me. The team of Monica, Dimitri and Biser worked on it for over 2 weeks and succeeded in recovering every single photo and video clip. I have enjoyed the services of Biser Computers for over 10 years and instances like this demonstrate that long relationships with such reputable suppliers are invaluable. I have no hesitation in recommending all their offerings.
