We where in the Area as we had family at the Casino. There is only 2 Restaurants in the Casino, a Tiny Kids Play Area. We sat at the Hotel reception and ordered meals, which took an Hour, upon arrival, food was warm/cold and dry chicken.  Service was very sad. Supervisor arrived, explained and then The Chef arrived hubby asked for a Refund. It's sad that as an Entertainment establishment, it lacks non Entertainment for the Non Gamblers!

I had a Sunday lunch date with a couple of colleagues for the 1st time, all the way from Ladysmith. After two  hours sat, we were asked to leave abruptly as our session was over by a waiter. I could understand as it was not explained by Mandla in my booking via email that they have two sessions. It's only on arrival that he told us, but we thought that  he was joking. She allowed us to finish after making her understand. We were really disappointed by the communication, which was not clearly written or explained  They don't even offer drinks at their buffet, we ask for coke, which they didn't even have as we were going to pay.  Food & drinks: The food was fine.

It's an amazing place. Did not stay at the hotel. Really felt the supper at R199 per person was not worth it. Not a lot of varietyService: 4/5

Had a birthday luncheon, very poor service our table wasn’t ready when we got there. It was packed at the entrance people waiting for their tables. There was no glasses on the table  and the food was ok....

Casino is really bad although clean, RTP is well below the standards  and not a pleasure playing as for the room's way too expensive but on par with other hotels as for service well there is noneRooms: 2/5

Good experience.  Would have given a rating of 5 instead of 4, if VIP black card holders were given more benefits like other big casinos

The machines are all set you spend R,500 you come out with nothing if lucky you come with R100

Rooms are exceptionally clean and tidy. But service is yoh no words to explainRooms: 5/5

Hadn't booked at the hotel but visited the Casino.. had a great time.Service: 4/5
