My husband and I visited the Beef Baron this evening in hope of a relaxing evening and good food. What a disappointment. Beside having to wait some time to be served, the food took extremely long and when my order arrived, the steak and vegetables were ice cold. My husband's food did not even arrive. Will not be returning and can unfortunately not recommend this restaurant.

This is for the beef barron restaurant.The food was atrocious none of it tasted nice.Presentation of it and the aroma was off.Whoever the chef is doesn't take making food seriously and doesn't value customers.Please hire another chef or the one you have go to cooking claaaRooms: 1/5

It's a great place to chill. Visited the casino as well, some of the machines don't work or they have cards in them. And then you have people falling of to sleep on chairs and watching you whilst you play. But otherwise an okay place

The place has a very bad smell, everywhere is dirty and definitely not worth it honestly.  Rooms: Bad, bad, baddest. Very dirty.  Food & drinks: Worst food ever, from the presentation and how long one needs to be attended.

Absolutely shocking breakfast poorly presented, waitresses nowhere to be found to assist. Flies roaming, Food uncovered. Dinner at The Beef Baron was disappointing, we requested meals of the menu and they kept saying they didn’t have the things we wanted. Noisy Hotel, no Wi-Fi access in rooms. Manager Sihle and team , please do better to your patrons who book at your Peermont Metcourt Hotel, The Beef Baron at Umfolozi. Please up your game. Your doors are better off closed. Honestly for a hospitality group in 2023 , this is pathetic!

A bit of a dull place, not much to do so if your expectations are along the lines of wild coast sun or suncity your going to be disappointed.  Even the ablution facility is terrible. If ur just there to gamble on the limited game machines then you would be fine.Service: 2/5

I was there over the weekend for the comedy show. Team work was amazing, the food was lovely, thank you to all the staffRooms: 3/5

WiFi doesn't work security very harsh to customers especially when you want to relax when the Resturant is closed unpleasant place to spend money I don't go there anymore  Safety: Not safe people are gunned down after winning money
