Not only will you be seduced by the breathtaking scenes of City Bowl, the Waterfront, Table Mountain, but have a short drive to the fashionable beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton. And there are 15 golf courses within a 10 - 40 minutes drive.
The house was built in 1937 in Bauhaus style for the Presidents' daughter and has been beautifully restored to its original state. The views are not only breathtaking but exclusive, as it is one of the last houses built before the nature conservation area.
