This is the perfect place to stay in Cape Town, whether alone, as a couple or family. Prices are reasonable and the accommodation is clean, stylish and comfortable. There is free WiFi available amongst other needed things available. Total privacy and comfortability at a great price and perfect location. This place is a hidden gem in the most optimal location! Between the oceans and downtown! We enjoyed waking up every morning and walking to a new cafe each time! There are multitudes of restaurants, pubs, or cafes around every corner even though it's primarily a residential area. Our safety was reassured by guards and gates around the neighbourhood. Nico, the host, was extremely accommodating even taking us out to a monthly street market filled with culture and art. We will stay in one of Nico's guest houses every time we come back!
