Brackenfell Library

Went looking for an internet and found one on Google that led me to Checkers Hyper and found none. On my way back home, I realised that I could use the internet at the library and I could print docs. So I was delighted when I was helped by very friendly staff and paid 90cents a page for prints. Thank you Brackenfell Library Staff for your service.

By far the best library in Cape town, friendly staff and it took me 2 years after going every day to use the library computer looking for a job, God finally came through for me. They also have a excellent selection of books, love it, love it, love it.

Such a great library. The library is well maintained and the staff are friendly and professional. I also feel very safe taking my elderly granny as they take the Covid-19 precautions seriously.

I have found most of the literature books required for my university classes here, but there have been a few cases where I have had to travel to another library to get what I needed - the personnel were always eager to help. I am also quite fond of the dvd section - there are series comprising of Hitchcock's works as well as many old classics like Casablanca and a whole lot of different genres from different eras. I always look forward to spending time here as the atmosphere is so welcoming.

Staff very friendly. Very relaxed atmosphere but respectful. The service is professional. I noticed that they stock many fiction books compared to non fiction. I prefer non fiction. Overall a pleasant experience.

Helpful and friendly service. Had no problems opening my library card after moving to brackenfell from PE.

The words "excuse me" or "pardon" are unknown to staff. They only know "what" or "huh". Even a 5 year old know that you do not say "what" or "huh" when somebody ask something.

The BEST service in Town. I have never met more friendly and helpful people.
