I would definitely recommend Bridal room on any bride's list for wedding dress shopping. They have a very big collection of dresses to fit, even for the fuller figure bride. Bridal room is very friendly, professional, and accommodating all through out the process. Poppy, out consultant who help our bride, could read exactly what the bride would like and what would look perfect on her. She made the bride feel very comfortable and brought out her beauty in every dress she fitted. Thank you Bridal room for the exceptional experience.
What a lovely and pleasant experience! Went to shop for a bridesmaids dress and the ladies were so helpful. Gwenn is such a lovely lady and helped me with everything from putting on the dresses, to taking videos/photos and taking me outside to see the dress in different lighting. She even made me coffee and charged my phone when it died. Such a lovely experience. Would 10/10 recommended this place!
A wonderful experience! I have never thought of myself as someone who would get excited over fitting wedding dresses, and actually found myself tearing up and getting excited. Gwenn was my consultant, and made me feel so at ease and welcome, was well informed and helped me make decisions I had no idea what I wanted. Thank you for having patience with a very indecisive bride and her bridal party. It was an amazing experience. I can definitely recommend Bridal Room.
This place is absolutely magical! Alice was/is my consultant, and from the inquiry right through to the fitting and booking, she has been absolutely wonderful. Her attention to detail on the smallest of things during my fitting was just remarkable. The boutique itself is just beautiful and gracious, and the gowns are elegant, charming and all things graceful. Thank you Bridal Room for making my fitting and founding the perfect gown an EVERLASTING-tear-filled-joyous occasion. I was beyond nervous, but you, Alice, you filled my heart from the start. I cant be more blessed to have found you and Bridal Room.
Listen girlies, Bridal Room is the ONE!! Went there for a fitting and from the second you step in you are greeted by enthusiastic ladies who make you feel sooo special! We got a catalogue to look through and picked a few dresses. I asked them about a certain dress that I saw on the website, but unfortunately they did not have it because it was an older collection, however Gwen brought a dress that she thought was very similar to the one I wanted. And that’s how the first dress I tried on was THE ONE Gwen called all the other ladies who worked there to come look and these women make you feel so special and they are so excited about your journey with you! We tried on a few others but nothing came to the first one. I didn’t make a decision on the spot because we had another fitting that day that went terribly! Unprofessional staff, scratchy dresses, snarky comments etc I called Bridal Room to tell them what happened because the difference in experiences from the 2 stores were night and day! Alice and Gwen were so sweet when I spoke with them because I was very upset about the way we were treated at shop nr2. They really reassured me about what it’s supposed to be like when you try wedding dresses and how special you are supposed to feel. Really I cannot recommend Bridal Room enough! They even helped me out with my budget a lot and reassured me about everything that I asked them about. They listen, accommodate and are just bubbly and amazing to be around! Gwen, Alice and the other lady with the dark hair I didn’t catch your name, sorry!, you made wedding dress shopping the most special and wonderful experience for me, thank you very much!!!
Such friendly staff and very nice premises. My daughter was treated like a queen. Absolutely recommended women to go and try them. O and father's must go with. Thank you Bridal Room for making it so special and making us feel special
Had a great experience, the team at the Bridal shop were so helpful in finding my perfect dress. Everyone of them are very professional. So glad I went to them, Alice helped me and she is amazing and knows exactly what she is doing. I would highly recommend them!

The fitting was such an exceptional experience with the best service, the staff are so friendly and go out of their way to assist and provide guidance where needed. The store has a wide variety of dresses where everyone will find a dress that they will love. Will definitely recommend them for each bride.
Bridal room is the right place to be for every bride. I received excellent customer service. I actually got my dream dream dress and the consultant Poppywas very kind and helpful.I would recommend Bridal room for everyone .
