We work by appointments to ensure that we give you the professional assistance needed. You can contact us via phone or via email to book. Our consultations are free of charge and include a fitting session of 1h30m.

I had a wonderful experience at the Bridal house.  Blessing was my consultant and she was AMAZING. She immediately understood what I was looking for and was willing to go the extra mile to find the perfect dress.  When I found THE dress, everyone was sincerely excited with me.  Thank you for all your help Blessing and the bridal house team.  Update:  We made some alterations to the dress.  And Unit was fantastic.  She is so friendly an considerate.  I brought a veil that I wanted to use, but it was way too long.  Unit quickly got her Scissors and cut it perfectly.  I'd like to thank Unit for making the perfect dress fit me perfectly.

I got my wedding dress from Bridal House Waterkloof for my wedding in November. Each and every visit I was met with exceptional and friendly service. These ladies really helped me stay calm during my wedding planning. Unit went above and beyond the call of duty and also helped out my mom, bridesmaids and flower girl with their dresses. She was professional and amazing and her work is PERFECT. She also helped me customize my dress exactly the way I wanted it.

Honestly the best experience. The people working there are excellent. They know exactly what they are doing. I would personally recommend them to anyone. We had the most friendliest fitting session , the level of professionalisme is top class. Thank you to the team at Bridal House. You will be cherised for a long time.

Had the amazing service of Sehar who first assisted me in the Johannesburg branch and then again in Waterkloof. She was professional, caring and listened well to what I like. Would very much recommend the bridal house for a bride who wants special care and attention with vast options.

What an amazing experience. I went in with my sister looking for her magical dress and did The Bridal House deliver! They are absolutely professional and assist the brides in amazing ways. We don't even need to go to any other fittings. Blessing was an absolute angel assisting us. Thank you thank you thank you! This was the first store I walked in to, to look for a dress. Went through a few dresses and found my dream dress. Blessing was an absolute blessing, she made the entire process seamless, she understood the brief! The process leading up to my wedding was an absolute pleasure. Unit worked her magic and I looked like a  complete  dream on my wedding day. Sehar and Blessing were absolutely amazing! They chose the most perfect dresses for me and and my body and made me feel like a real bride! The dresses are so beautiful and the service and attention to detail is more than I received at any other bridal store ::

Last year I accompanied a friend to view dresses for her wedding. The service was absolutely astounding and she walked away with an exquisite dress. I knew immediately that when it came time for me to look for a dress, I would be paying them an eager visit. I've always been greeted with the heartiest welcome and the consultants are extremely attentive. They took every single detail of what I wanted into account when choosing options for me and got it 100% right on the very first try. I am beyond happy with my dream wedding dress from the bridal house and would HIGHLY recommend them to every single bride. They are a MUST GO TO! A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE TEAM!!!! The Bridal House Pretoria branch was an absolute amazing experience and I am so thankful to Blessing for going the extra mile. I found my dream dress in my very first fitting! With everything going wrong that morning,  Blessing still helped to move my appointment so that my mom can be present, se helped with the wheelchair to get inside and was patient as all the ideas were flying around. A huge variety of dresses were pulled and she made sure I could fit them all. With a warm and welcoming environment, she ensured that I can still get the dress I wanted within my budget and provided a follow up service to check in and see if I am still happy with my choice. It was so special that I could have done my first fitting and got my dress with my mom, I cannot be more thankful. A big thank you to Blessing for helping me with my mom's wheelchair, all the dresses and all the effort, you made sure there is a memory that will last a lifetime.
