The Image

I've lived in many countries in the world but nowhere have I experienced such bad service!! This person has never heard of customer service. She got agitated when I asked for assistance and when I pointed out to her that she misunderstood me she called me sweetheart. She even went further and insulted my daughter by calling her a "stupid snippet of a daughter". I honestly hope the shop closes down as it doesn't deserve to be called a "business".

Unfriendly shop assistant who thus far without fail on every visit to the shop, in stead of assisting with what you ask for, rather tries to convince you that you don't know what you're talking about and that she knows better. Never mind the blatantly obvious fact that you are now wasting her precious time. On my last and final visit I asked her for three balls of a certain yarn, as what I wanted to make had to be QUITE chunky and wanted to use three threads together. However, she kept trying to convince me that I only needed one as according to her it was chunky enough, even though she had no idea of what the end product needed to look like. Finally after having to repeat my request SEVERAL times she reluctantly caved... Unfortunately, this occurs every time I visit The Image.

The lady that works there is quite rude
