Had an issue with my gaming desktop. Was convinced that it was hardware related, and dropped it off at Matrix so that they could diagnose what the faulty part was. At the end of the day, it turned out to be software related and the PC was fine. The technician even slightly adjusted the airflow in my case which turned out to help a lot. Me and him even discussed tech afterwards, very friendly, relatable and approachable. Thank you!

So I lost a screw. No, let me rephrase ... my DELL laptop lost a screw. Just one. I called ALL the closest computer shops for assistance. To no avail. As I expanded my SOS radius, I finally found someone who cared enough to take the time to assist with something so small. Matrix Gift Acres. Bring it in they said. Make a plan we will. And they did. They fitted me with a DELL laptop screw, required no payment and send me off very happy indeed! Grateful I am! Recommend I definately can!
