I bought my Enzoani dress at Bridal Wardrobe Lynnwood Bridge. The service was excellent and I felt so special. I didn't have a specific dress in mind but the consultant knew exactly what I would like. The guests was blown away and I am still so in love with my dress! Thank you Bridal Wardrobe. I would recommend you any time to future brides.

These guys came to my rescue in getting my wedding dress dry cleaned days before my wedding and at a very reasonable rate. They have some beautiful dresses and accessories. Was very happy with how they helped me out!

I had an amazing experience with Tendai at Lynnwood, she was so patient and paid attention to my exact needs, she was also excited about the wedding with me and my sister. The store had a variety of dresses to try on and the overall experience was amazing.. Thank you for the amazing experience and service.

I had heard about brides having bad experiences at Bridal Wardrobe before I came, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I should have listened and saved R380. I went to Bridal Wardrobe BW Pretoria for an appointment to find my perfect dress. I arrived at the store with a very unwelcoming greeting and a “I’m assuming you’re the bride?” in a condescending manner I thought "well she does not like my bride to be crown". We were taken to the room which is incredibly small, not even enough space to show the train of the dresses I tried on. She looked at my budget and said “I see your budget is 20k” to which I said that that is the maximum, I would prefer to stay under 15k. Right away her response, no emotion or sympathy at all, just rude, “You will not find a dress to buy here for under 30k.” Why aren’t brides informed about this beforehand then? I must pay R380 to try on dresses only to be told that I can’t afford the dresses? There are also no prices on the website, however I do find that with most of the bridal stores, but her attitude toward my budget was not on. She seemed disgusted by the “low” budget. She leaves and gets one of the dresses I asked for and tells me to undress in the fitting room. When she returns she slides the dress through the curtain for me to try on, making sure she does not see me undressed. This happened the entire fitting. I was not helped to get these dresses on. Isn’t this what I paid R380 for? The first dress I tried on, that I saw online and I thought could be the one, did not fit right. Which is fine, there is a dress for everyone. But what the consultant said next shocked me, I said to her “there’s something about the hips part that makes me look like a square,” to which she responded “I think you have a lot of insecurities about your body”. I don’t. This was not about my body, this was about the dress. And if I did have insecurities, then that is definitely the last thing that should be said by a salesperson. On to the next few dresses, all of them were scratchy on the inside, the boning sticking into your sides, even a few of the lace flowers coming loose, the only one I felt comfortable in was a dress with no lace or anything extra on it, which is not what I would like for my day. Each time I came out of the fitting room to show the dress that I had tried on, the consultant walked straight out of the room. There was NO EFFORT whatsoever to make me, as the bride, feel special. There wasn’t a “that looks pretty” or “maybe we should try something like abc” or even a sound of remark of any sort. She did not give me any feedback, which as a consultant, is shocking. Because of this, I didn’t even want to try on any dresses, I just wanted to leave. But, because I paid R380 to dress myself, I decided to try on some more. It was the same as all the other dresses. We ended up leaving way before the 1h30m fitting time was up, and she made no attempt to try to get to us to stay, try on more dresses or buy a dress. Did she even want to make a sale? The consultant made a bunch of condescending comments about our choices regarding dress, wedding, bridesmaids etc. She even started talking about their competitors for no reason. Before I went to BW, I went to Bridal Room and it was the best experience ever. The ladies were so friendly, helped me dress, hyped up each dress I wore, listened to me and most importantly smiled at me. The room at Bridal Room was 8 times bigger than the fitting room at Bridal Wardrobe, and their fitting was FREE! I understand BW sees many, many brides, but really, each bride is special and finding their dress is supposed to be a wonderful and memorable experience. I highly recommend going to Bridal Room instead Bridal Wardrobe. Honestly this whole experience made me feel like a number, not a bride.

Service is of a high calibre with attentive and knowledgeable consultants. Bridesmaids dresses are well priced and available in a wide variety of colours. Bridal accessories are of a high quality and something different compared to normal chain stores. Recommended

I went to your lynnwood branch with my Fiancée looking for the perfect wedding gown for our weeding next year,we were help by a very helpful and knowledgeable consultant Tendai her service is of a high calibre.She knows her story and very patient too,I would recommend Bridal wardrobe and her service to my friends and everyone else.

Tendai, we loved the whole experience of fitting my daughters dress with you. You are caring, loving, personable and a real people's person. You were excited with us about the wedding and you made us choose this business because of the genuine experience we had. Thank you to all of you for making it special for us.

Do not book an appointment if you are not a size 6 or smaller. My sister was at the Lynnwood branch for a dress fitting. Unfortunately, she was not informed beforehand that this store does not cater for "plus size" brides and only has dresses for fitting up to size 6. As a curvy bride size 14 she couldn’t fit any of the dresses in the store, which was extremely disappointing and disheartening. We ended up leaving the store in under 30 minutes, extremely disappointed. Please consider informing brides to be that your store only caters for brides size 6 and smaller to avoid ruining another bride’s dress fitting experience. On the positive side, she was refunded the dress fitting fee and the staff remained professional.

This post is long overdue but the service at bridal wardrobe is excellent. Ilana was an excellent consultant, very vibrant, friendly and excited on your behalf. After trying on a few dresses at other stores I was allowed to try my favourite one on again to confirm that it was the one. I am so excited for the final product.
