This planet fitness has the friendliest and awesome staff! I lost an item and they did their best to find and return it all with smiles! Even the cleaners greet you with a friendly smile

saying anything and everything to get you to sign, and empty promises. i was told membership would be R299 for my wife and I. And i explicitly asked numerous times if there are any limitations and fine print regarding joining with Vitality that would affect the membership fees in anyway or is this a fixed amount on Vitality. I was told it's R299 and that's it. To my surprise when first debit order date came it was an amount of R899. And then when i queried the amount the excuses came, no but you have to be on this status, and you have to be on this vitality. I told them on the phone please cancel my contract immediately as I am not paying this amount as this was not what was disclosed to me. Needless to say cancellation was never done and 11months later they want me to pay them almost 12k

Good gym, equipment well maintained, has a steam room, unfortunately there is no swimming pool. The steam room hardly works and when it does it's barely hot.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The equipment is always clean and safe. The trainers are also very friendly and ready to help. I've been going to this club for over a year and never had any complaints.

Have been going a couple times a week. Greeted by super friendly staff every morning. Equipment is in a good condition and facilities are clean are easy to use

Very disappointed to hear that your establishment continues to undermine the safety and wellbeing of Women. Enforce strict rules and warnings against inappropriate behavior in your gym!

Two years of covid-19 lockdown and nobody allowed to go out yet they want to be paid for lockdown restriction periods and sending statements asking for money for 2 years when their facilities was shut down for covid restrictions, not being used but they want the money. Absolutely rubbish.

Do yourself a favour and don't join. This company is just after your money. Their policies are set up to eat your money. The staff are good, but the company itself is heartless. There are other more affordable gyms with good equipment. Just do your research and save yourself a lot of money.

Staff are always friendly. The branch manager, Carmen really does a great job!
