The Good Oaks

Absolutely atrocious service! I have been attempting to arrange an event at this location for two weeks, calling the reception and visiting the store in person on numerous occasions, being assured of assistance and still have no follow up or details to show for it. The administration of Good Oaks is non-existent. Either the reception is not passing on the message, or the management is incapable of providing a service that they have assured me they offer. This is a pathetic establishment and this level of ineptitude call only lead to failure of the business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Great concept. However during my first visit a year ago i was a bit disappointed with the limited variety and specialities. Now this place is a must for good wines and liqour. Still not a huge variety but what is stocked is done in a tasteful manner with great wines. The service reveived and helpfulness are tops. Well done.

Great variety of wine and fine liquor and friendly people to assist with any queries. Quality place and worth a visit before any dinner party or just a good old braai!
