Only reason it gets 1 star is that it is the lowest score one can give. Granted, we were a group of 21 but it is easy to ask every single person what they want to eat. Also when giving glasses for water it is just as easy to count the numbers of guests... Half the food was cold, a hard feat considering the hot plates they come on. The rest came in dribs and drabs. One person waited about 20 minutes after the rest were served... and other sushi ordered later came sooner! Groups of 3-4 seemed happy.

This restaurant does not deserve to be in Lynwood Bridge. It brings the standard of the centre down to an extremely low level. If I could write a review without giving them one I would. I ordered a meal from them at 18:25 for room service at the City Lodge a hundred meter away. Upon placing my order I asked how long it will take as yes I would love to sit in my room and wait forever. I ordered with the "manager". He indicated 20 to 25 minutes. My order was king prawns and a salad. Prawns - 5 minute max - salad - if you have seen it - no time at all. 45 Minutes later I had to phone to find out where my food is. The "manager" told me : "We are not in the hotel". Sarcasm has no place within the service industry. Yes, you are not, but you are less than a hundred metres away. When the food eventually arrived the quality was HORRENDOUS! The prawns were not fresh, tasted like soil and the salad? Well the less said the better. I can not recommend this restaurant. Overpriced, sub-standard food, with "I don't care" service. Walk out of the door, turn right - every single restaurant is better! A health inspector should pay it a visit!

Worst meal ever, I could smell the Calamari when it arrived and tasted terrible, my side salad was limp and old. Waiter or Manager did not ask about the meal, we took it up with the waiter who spoke to the Manager and he was not interested. NEVER AGAIN I only gave it one star to post this bad meal!!!

A very sad state of affairs. Had to wait an hour and a half for prawns. Ordered 18 got 15. The long wait was because "they had to cut and devein each prawn"?. Manager Alex not very helpful. Tried to give us Greek salad to make up for the wait. Would not recommend this place to anybody.

Cold and dark, no atmosphere, needs candles or something, sushi average, hake ok and chips horrible... looked and tasted like previous day's chips. Never got my second glass of wine I ordered and no apology from the waitress.

No beer on tap. Other beers not cold. Starter snails rotten. Tasted like putefied meat. Returned them. Attitude apathetic. Toilet lights not working. Hope I will survive mains....

That's got to be the worst fish experience I've ever had. Kingklip that was supposed to be grilled came with a batter. Kingklip looked like it just came from the freezer. Bland taste on the fish. Yellowish veggies. Lifeless rice. Extremely overpriced. Truly horrid food.

First time visitors. Excellent food. Wide variety. Perfect service. Will definitely tell our friends about it. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

My Main: The Jet Lee Sushi Platter. Out of 10 I would give them a 7 because most of the food on that plate tasted oddly the same! The Presentation out of 10 would be a 7 because it only had 1 eye catching part on the plate and the rest was just put there ordinarily! My Desert: A Creme Brulee: Out of 10 I’d give it a 6 because it was over cooked! the presentation out of 10 would be a 8 because it didn’t have too much or too little pretty pieces to it! The service out of 10 will be a 8. ‘The Famous Fishhoek ‘ in my opinion would get a 7 in total by bcraubenheimer

The best food I have eaten in a long time. Excellent fish and calamari. Really tasty chips. Good service. Can't recommend enough.
