Brights Hardware Store, Blackheath

My husband asked me to write a review on this store as he is extremely please with the service and the goods that are available in store. The store sells the normal goods you would expect from a hardware store, but also specialized goods which is difficult to find anywhere else. It is a great store with excellent service! Well done Brights, Blackheath!

Customer service is great. Love the way we are greeted on entering & leaving your store.

Visited Brights this week to buy a sprayer for pesticide. Busy assembling now only to find out not all the parts are included in the box and almost instructions. Have attached pics of what is supposed to pass as instructions. Usually recieve good service but this .....
