Having only recently moved into this area, this was our first visit to the Broederstroom Vet Clinic. We received such friendly and kind service especially since my old dog's diagnosis wasn't very positive. The medication prescribed worked like a charm and my 4 legged companion is doing much better. We were also surprised when we received a courtesy call to find out how she was doing today. Wonderful experience...under the circumstances.

The reception staff are very welcoming and efficient. The Vet was very thorough and took her time to fully assess my dog. She explained every step of the way and encouraged my endless questions. The staff kept me updated on blood results, new appointments and plans for future care. The building is in a beautiful old garden perfect for dogs to wait in. The building keeps to strict covid protocols with sanitizer, social distancing, masks, etc.
Very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt completely comfortable leaving my fur-baby in their care. They have a reputation for being a bit pricey compared to other vets in the area although it's difficult to compare on other factors when I've not personally used the services of these other vets but I really appreciate that they were very accurate on their quote so there were no hidden surprises.

Great spot, lovely garden and friendly people. They get to know your pets and take an interest. Just be very clear on pricing upfront and what your actual needs are.
