Nice little Express Builders. There are not many product choices due to size, but the essentials are there. Very friendly personnel, quiet and pleasant environment to shop. Great garden plant choices. Good parking space. Recommended.
They have most products that is needed. Their service is good. Can broaden their stock availability, when compared to most builders express stores in Gauteng they do fall behind on the range of products that you will find at the other stores, like battery drill spare batteries, their tool section also lacks a range of brands which gives one little choice.
I was promised my vacuum cleaner that was a month into its warranty would take 2 weeks to fix- after countless phone call and visits and a TWO AND A HALF month wait I am still waiting. I would not recommend supporting Builders for anyone who is getting something under warranty or expecting any semblance of customer service. Awful.
Staff friendly and knowledgeable, albeit that it seems that there are not a lot of staff around to assist. I had to return lights bought previously and was assisted promptly and quickly.
Not the best Builders ever in terms of stock and range of goods... Staff okay. Vary between super friendly and downright unhelpful...

So today is a public holiday 26 Dec, I called this morning to enquire if they're open. The number provided is for a call centre, after waiting approximately 5 minutes for an agent to answer my call I hung up. By chance I passed by during this afternoon and found them open, went in looking for something, spent about 10 minutes deliberating over whats the best door handle to purchase and subsequently wasn't once approached by anyone working for Builders, needless to say, i proceeded to the checkout where I was greeted by a pleasant cashier who was efficient.
Lovely to shop at.Staff was Very helpful.
Nice shop,but such slow service and payment syste. There is no quick in and out while your builders are waiting for their material.
