Good store with lots of options but there are very few staff around to help. With the store being so big, it can be time consuming to walk up and down the isles to find what you are looking for. They do offer a very wide variety of goods from kitchen cupboards to power tools, appliances, PPE, plumbing and electrical, paint, gardening goods and cutting services. There is a Vida Cafe in store which is nice so you can grab a drink after a long shop.

Hie, we available and reliable in time and reasonable prices, we do any carpentry services including construction carpentry and journey.

Friendly staff, beautiful and practical layout, and great ambience. The lighting was quite low for some reason, but it didn't impact my experience negatively.

Paint section is arrogant. They are on the cellphone. After 5 minutes you ask for assistance she gets rude and walks away you go into the mixing plant where another guy is ask him for assistance you ask him for the price of a sample mix as im renovating and need to decide on paint. He sais r200 for 1l and walks away you ask again he starts talking in his language. I left. At Least saw this so it got 1 star with

The worst staff I ever encountered in any retail store. Asked 3 staff members for assistance the one walked away pointing at his wristI assume this meant his shift ended the other 2 said they would call someone and also disappeared, I eventually brought this to the attention of 3 managers who was all congregating in a hearty jovial chat instead of being hands on. I would recommend driving abit to a Leroy Merlin store where you actually feel valued as a client. Very very disappointing experience Builders Warehouse

Builders has one if the best layouts and a lot of inventory. The only disappointment is prices. The prices for me I repeat for me are a bit inflated.

Currently my go-to shop for my DIY projects. Some of the staff are friendly while others, like the manager, are not very nor helpful.  4 star rating is purely based on the good staff. With manager being the way he is, it deserves a 1 start rating only.  Note to manager: you are nothing without your staff and wont go very far.

This shop's dispatch is the worst ever. Each time I have bought something that I have to collect at the dispatch, it has taken them not less than 45 minutes to 2 hrs to issue my goods. Please Builder's Warehouse Revonia, beef up your dispatch staff, we expect you to do better.

The service was poor to say the least. The rude, unhelpful cashier didn't even acknowledge me when she was lying back in her chair. Well I'm sorry for being such a inconvenience for you. Next time I'll rather spend my time and money at Leroy Merlin. Avoid this store location unless you are in the mood for bad service and useless, rude staff!

This is a well layed out, one stop, convenience store. It is a very large store where you get anything from paint to bathrooms essentials. They also have a very nice large nursery. Their staff is friendly and helpful.
