Bundu Camp Ventersburg

Beautiful, quiet nature place. The owners are very helpful and we even were upgraded. We eat veggies out of there garden and enjoyed an amazing sunset. We loved our stay. Thank you so much !!!

Desperately needed a stopover after a day of driving, when you advertise yourself as a lodge you should be able to get the odd item such as firewood or fire lighters , no restaurant. A family room for 4 is tiny and no separation between adults and children. Main bed is a double . No hot water , we were told to run the hot water for awhile as it’s gas which we did for at least 20 min nothing .. gas stove faulty battled to turn on and off.

We camped with the motorbike, excellent place very friendly people. Ablutions very clean. Definitly will be back again!Service: 5/5

What a great place to go to for a night, i really had a great time here. My family and i were greeted with a VERY warm welcome and shown to our camp sight where we could pitch our caravan. The sunset that night was amazing, something that was jaw dropping. the following morning we were greeted by a beautiful sunrise that led to a great morning of fishing on the sandy river. The river spot was quite beautiful and there was a great picnic spot on the edge of the river under a tree. I would really recommend this accommodation for a night or two. I hope to be back soon.

We camped at Bundu River Lodge during the first week on June 2021. Although old and basic, the ablutions and the property in general is very well maintained. It seems to be under young new management. Service was very friendly and they went out of their way to make us comfortable. Will definitely stay over again when we travel on the N1 between Gauteng and Bloemfontein. We did not visit the new restaurant and brewery but it looked very nice.

Lovely, well managed, friendly hosts. Stayed in a basic room for one night and enjoyed a fantastic meal at the restaurant. Will definitely stay here again

Not the best I have seen,chalet was most definitely not clean and only one plug in bedroom....No coffee supplied and if you boil kettle it needs to be held in mid air....pictures on net way different to what you get
