I hate having to do this, but this is truly my last resort. In November we, unfortunately, had to cancel our April Kruger holiday which included the cancellation of the hire of the 4 x 4 Afrispoor Trailers caravan. On contacting Brandon in November he said he would be refunding our R5250 deposit. After many unanswered calls, emails, whatsapp's, sms's we have not received our refund. I have even gone as far as to contact his wife, Vanessa, but nothing forthcoming. I find this totally unacceptable that I have to look the like the "bad guy" here, but what else do I do? This is just truly bad after-sales service! I really would have liked to use your company again, even after this, but this leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Please Brandon Huntley could you refund us before we have to go the legal route? #campwild #4x4
