I agree with Chelsea Rebelo. Extremely bad queues and long waiting periods on William Nicol entrance side for visitors with pre-cleared codes. Waiting can go up 30-40 minutes, even if pre-cleared. Won't visit my friends again soon after last visit. Happens every time. Security wastes a lot of time at this gate. A definite downside to this estate
Very bad queues for visitors entrance on the William Nicol side. They need to put a time limit per car. Time wasters need to directed to the side while the pre-cleared should move forward.
High class free standing units in this estate.
It's amazing place, safe and lovely
