Good day I am very unhappy with what happend today. Friday evening family member of us were there and they watch Avatar with no problem kids are 6 and 9 no problem. Today I wanted to take my 6 and 2 year old we don't allow it. Why is it that Friday night it was not a problem but today is a problem or is it because mine is girls and their were sons. Please do explain to me how does it work. I was very unhappy and upset with it. And then kids of 11 and under were also let in. This is unacceptable. It still doesn't answer my question why was it allowed in Friday night???? Please try to explain that?
I adore this cinema. I like that it’s spacious and tidy. I also really appreciate the fact that they don’t put the aircon’s onto freezing mode like other places. The prices here are just right and the snack options are awesome. Would love it if the popcorn could have an even larger size. Though that’s just me, I’m a popcorn addict. Staff are really friendly and informative. I’d recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to have a good time at a affordable rate.
This was our first time going to Capitol Cinemas. It was easy to book online and the cost of the tickets are reasonable. I paid R104 for two tickets. We printed out the tickets but it's not necessary. You can just show them the email on your cellphone. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the place. They follow the Covid regulations. The staff was friendly and helpful. We showed them our tickets and then ordered snacks. They have four combos to choose from which includes popcorn and drinks of your choice. We sat in a clean theatre. There were not many people inside and you can sit where you want. The movie started on time. We enjoyed this pleasant experience and will definitely go there again. I would recommend Capitol Cinemas.
Movies are clean, staff friendly and really affordable. The mall on the other hand is a bit dark as they turn all non essential lights off. Other than that well enjoyable.
The sound and screen were good but we had to ask the theatre staff to turn on the air-conditioning multiple times.

The cinema definitely worth visiting, it is situated in a bid of a rundown mall, but there is boom parking area with guards always at the boom, so I felt more at ease when I passed through the boom to go to the movies. The cinema movies really affordable and popcorn and coke also very affordable so it's well worth the family outing as you don't need to break the Bank to watch a movie. I paid just under R330 for 4 people to watch a movie and 4 cokes and 4 pocorns included in that price. Definitely will be going again for a movie. Keep it up.
Didn't know this place existed, the parking was safe there is a security guard at the gate and by the cars Snacks were priced good. Only downside is the aircons in the cinema were off. We got very hot. But the place was clean and has COVID protocol set in
Their movie tickets and combos are super affordable. Friendly service and quality movies. Definitely my favorite cinema.
Awesome service and prices are affordable! Other movie houses could learn a lot from you guys!
