I recently visited Cappello Florida Road, after some time of not going there. And I must say I was really surprised on how well trained the staff is. I will put out the person who served us. Thank you so much “MARTIN” you’re definitely the best. Martin made us feel at home, we didn’t look around for anything coz each time you look around he is already looking at you guys for a signal. We were comfy, we were not sure on what to order. But the Pizza suggestion you advised us to take really took the spot, best meal ever. It was the first time being served by such a lovely person, the place is aesthetic and enjoyable Thank you so much

They played deep house a lot, I wish they just switched it up a bit to different genres. It's mostly for older people, I'd say. Our waiter didn't attend to us very well.

The food is a no go... Food was cold and not worth the money, Service needs to improve no smile, no conversation. Music was great the only reason why we didn't leave.
