Wow this is by far the best meal I have ever tasted in Durban restaurants and above it all they have the most friendliest staff working there. Well done to excellent food and excellent service. BTW this only costed me R180

I did not have to wait long for the food. The takeaway was well packaged and professionally done. The food was excellent and tasty. Cheese was the main excellence of the burger. The feta was fresh. There was enough sauce to satisfy anyone, not too soggy but just right. The chips was well seasoned and the onion rings was perfect. They have really improved there quality and I am happy for them.

A very comfortable and pleasant casual dining experience. My family and I always receive exceptional service. Hats off to the management for having such a welcoming team. Keep up the awesome work. The food is always delicious and there are great healthy options to choose from.To sum it up in a few words : Superb service, delicious food in a great location. Well done Team Maxis!!

The staff insist on playing loud music as if the restaurant is a night club. The waitress could not hear me when i attempted to place my order. This type of environment cheapens the appeal of the restaurant. This is very disruptive as customers come in for morning business breakfast meetings. The owner should seriously attend to this problem and tension up the staff and management as I personally would not go back if the staff continue to play loud disruptive music. On the other hand, the food itself was good.

I do not like complaining, however the service I received today was shocking. 20 minute wait for a standard coffee and then another hour passed before I left after a simple toasted sandwich did not arrive. Did report the matter to the manager who I witness speak to all his staff. Will I be back? Maybe to see if they really care.

Food takes long to come out. Staff took 20 minutes after ordering to tell me their 'cold room' is locked so I could not get a wrap. Shouldve been informed sooner. Witnessed the staff eating chips of a customers plate before handing it to them.

Food was great and service as well! Been there twice and on both occasions they were brilliant. The waitress and manager was very helpful and ensure that everything is great.

These guys could do much better with more attentive staff for one, the waitress didn't wait to hear our order thru before turning and dashing off. Because we ordered breakfasts and a grill you can imagine the eggs and sandwiches were put in a warmer until the grilled meats were done... What!?, Yes you read right.. the toasted bread got a little soggy from the heat/condensation thing going on with hot food cooling and kept enclosed. The manager on duty seemed very laxy Daisy too when she came to our table on our request. There was no point complaining by then. I wouldn't visit there again, personally for me, if you serve me food under those conditions I can expect the worst any time.
