Cappello in Long Street

The place is very nice, chilled. Nice meal options to get a base layer for your night out so that you don't yak. The happy hour deal is very awesome. There were fruit flies around our table, but they aren't that big of a deal, for me at least

Awesome vibe, popped in for a couple of drinks and finger foods. Good service and overall nice atmosphere.

I loved the place nice music with different DJs but I wish the place it is a bit bigger than it is now.

Nice place to hang out. Pizza was good. Nice thin base. Music too loud for my liking. 3 Very high steps to get to the bathroom.... maybe not so safe especially it being a place where alcohol is consumed.

It was good, just didn't like how the manager reprimanded a staff right in front of us. Also they must separate their toilets. The chef! Awesome pizza there and to the bar man Also ur waiter was friendly.

Not the best and skilled bar and waiter staff..... Very undermining attitude. There is a difference with upselling and being generally arrogant. With no will to meet customer request and Expectations. Perhaps management style.. And no desire to listen. Be mindful as not everyone is all about clubbing but do expect minimum service requirements.....

I had the most beautiful time with my friends at this location. The music was extra beautiful, sound comfortable, the toilets were extra clean, the cleaner is always ready to do his job. And their foooooood, ooooh their food is heaven. Keep it up Capello Cape Town.

Bouncers here rude including waiters, they look at how you dress and jusge your bank balance and treat you accordingly, I came there with important guests from Transnet, International placement and SABC and were kicked out by a man and a foreign bouncer because I went to ask a guest of we could share a table with a guest, they didn't wait for the guest to respond they simply attacked and kicked us out manstrangling us as if we were nothing. "Manager on duty" , bouncer and waiter male/female working on the table close to the bar working on this day 17 May 2023 I'll never forget you.

One of the best joints in Long street and one of the best Capellos i have been too. I highly recommend this place , music , the people the enviroment , what a vibe

We visited on a Saturday evening and it was packed and lots of fun was had, until we had to settle the bill and the lady who was assisting us tried overcharging us as she thought we were too drunk
