I am in business with Nick Rousseau who made a review 2 weeks ago. I also just want to say that up un till now we have not received our truck. We phone about every day to find out what is going on. We are losing business. We can not do all our deliveries. This is causing us a lot of trouble.

Service was fantastic except an admin lady at the reception who doesn't know how to treat people

5 stars for the service from Mary at Cargo. Really goes the extra mile to make a customer happy. Bought a Hyundai Staria from my dad and the service from her in every aspect was exceptional.

I took my car for a service and when I came back they spilled some sort of acid that burned my and changed colour to some of my components inside and they refused to take responsibility and the manager CHRISTO HOEPNER refused to speak to me or even send an email. So just be aware if they damage your car its gonna be on you

I own a Mitsubishi Outlander. Just over a month ago, it went into limp mode due to some miscommunication between the throttle pedal and the Throttle body. I phoned and confirmed the cost of the diagnostic assessement to be R1,050.00, which will be offset against the purchase of the spares and repair cost should I accept the diagnosis and repair quotation. I took the car in to Cargo Klerksdorp on 17 March 2023. The waiting time was confirmed to be 1,5 Hours. About two hours later I arrived back at the dealer and to my horror the bonnet was open, a frantic mechanic called Dawie, was hammering at something inside the engine bay and a huge pool of spilled petrol lay behind the vehicle. The customer service agent, Marise, blatantly lied by stating "The vehicle is stinking of petrol, overrevving and somebody else worked on it" None of which was true as I personally drove it into the dealership in limp mode two hours before. They were only supposed to plug in a computer for a diagnostic assessment. Ever since, I had been lied to constantly by every single person in that dealership including the dealer principal, Christo. This morning the very same Marise hurriedly sent a screenshot of a draft email to desperately try and prove that they were doing something to finish the repair of the vehicle. All false. They had done absolutely NOTHING. However, she did suggest that I take the car '..if I needed it!!!!". They are very obviously trying to find some way of dodging their responsibility for seriously damaging my car. If I take it at any point prior to the repairs as needed, they will simply turn around and say the damage was caused by me, and not them. I am not that stupid. My car has now been at this workshop for an entire month! Much worse off than it went in! NO, ABSOLUTELY NO INDICATION, WHATSOEVER, OF SPARES ARRIVAL, REPAIR DUE DATE OR ACCOUNTABILITY BY ANYONE. I STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYBODY AGAINST DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS DODGY BUNCH!

During the middle of December 2022 I took my Fuso truck that is still under warranty to Cargo motors Klerksdorp commercial for a mechanical problem. First they told me the problem was the starter. We wait for several weeks for the starter to come. The new starter did not solve the problem. Then they told me is was the solenoid switch on the diesel pump. Again we waited several weeks. The switch arrived but it didn't solve the problem. Then I was told that the timing of the truck was wrong. However that was still not the problem. Three month's down the line and I am now waiting for a fuel pump. In the meantime I can not do deliveries. I must pay this trucks down payment and I am sitting with dissatisfied clients. Our company will not buy any Fuso or Mercedes truck again.

I still fail to understand why service is so slow here! Drop the car in the morning then you wait... then the same experience at the end when picking up the car!!!

Security very good.Salesman at 2nd hand division very pleasant and tried to accommodate me.I left my cell number that he contact me once he had sourced a vehicle I require.
