Ram Hand To Hand Couriers

Terrible service from RAM. No communication from their side. Waited for an answer on their phone system for 15 minutes without any resolutions to the problem. Would not advise using them. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Package delivered as arranged... would have liked to be kept informed more and RAM needs to improve on their telephone communication response time.... having to wait THAT Long.... to get a call answered... not ON!!!

Had to collect parcel myself after 4 attempts to inform RAM I work mornings only. Rather cancel order than use RAM again.

The worst service ever. Have to reschedule my life 2 days in a row due to this company incompetence. Spend more than 90 minutes of airtime to find my parcel from Vodacom and still no luck. Some to manager with big promises and still nothing is happening. My personal feeling because they the 3rd party involve the do not care about end user as long as they get paid by Vodacom. I would prefer that somebody from RAM could contact me.

The worst service you will ever receive from a courier. Did not notify me that the parcel was on the way. I went to pick kids from school, and that stupid person did not even call to let me know. He just left. 3 days later, I'm still waiting for my parcel. The worst service ever. Have to reschedule my life 3 days in a row due to this company incompetence. Spend more than 125 minutes of airtime to find my parcel from Ikhokha, but still no luck. Some stupid woman answered the 4n and dropped the call when i insisted on knowing when will i receive my item. Suppliers must never use this courier. They do not care about end user as long as they get paid by the supplier. Ram is the worst courier company out there. The call center and management none if them know how to talk to clients. Please peope take my Advise never use this Ram company .

Terrible services for real, I phoned them several times to change my delivery address but they still decided to go the same address that was wrong

My parcel arrived at their depot 27 April 2022, it's 3 May 2022 today. Tried calling them for the umpteenth times but their number is constantly busy! Poor and pathetic service! I wouldn't recommend RAMS courier to any one!

Bad service. Did not notify me that parcel is on the way. Did not have ID at the time. 2 days later still waiting on my parcel.

Received an SMS at 08:29 that says my Parcel is out for delivery. It's 16:07 right now and still waiting for the parcel. I tried to call the Depot more than 10 times no one is answering. That's Pathetic!!!
