Honestly the worst possible experience with these people. Every day that I called they would promise me that today was the day it would come but ofcourse nothing would come. I had to personally get the name of the driver and call him myself and when I got a hold of him he told me that the reason my package was not delivered is because he could not find the house. then he told me that that they do not work with a GPS so I had to direct him to my house. The worst part is that if I had not chased him down I would still be without my package. Honestly it's just horrible service. Do not use them.
Worst service ever, took a contract out with mtn the 15th of april and still didn't recieve my package, the driver calls me and tell he will call me back but still nothing. Pathetic service would advise you guys to close down and give your contracts to someone that wants to work
Absolute worst courier experience I have ever had in my life. Every day delivery is promised. Every day a new excuse for the next day. Every day another poor customer service rep that has their day spoiled cause they have to deal with clients that are moaning about your lack of business etiquette. You are not only messing up your own brand but every company that thought to utilize your service.
Makes my jobs easier
I needed an urgent package which i paid extra fornto make sure i get it in time .. just before 17:00 on the day I had to receive the package i call them to find out where it is ... their answer is the driver was at my house there was no one there so they left again.. just to find out they were actually not at my house but the wrong house the house next to mine so why dont they call if they dont find you at a set address ? They rather take it back no i must wait a full day again to receive the package that i was meant to receive for a reason on a specific day because they just assume i am not home when they are in fact at the wrong adress . My number is on the delivery notes for a reason !!
To give these people a 1 star is an insult to people who actually deserve a 1 star rating. This is the worst courier company in the country. You ask for a overnight package and then still not receive it after a week which might still be understandable but then when following up on the problem the "manager", Leon, clearly does not want to help you nor does he. Pathetic!
