Can't keep their promises regarding availability of customer's vehicle in for a routine service. With a previous service, they didn't tighten the oil sump plug and when I discovered it the next morning, the plug was hanging from its lat thread with half of the new oil added the previous day, now on my garage door. They also drained my windscreen washer bottle that I had personally drained, flushed and filled with windscreen washer fluid but a week earlier, and replaced it with muddy water without any windscreen washer fluid. This was the LAST they will see of me. Glad to be rid of them. Will do my next service at Aggenbags where I always had the best customer experience when they were still Hyundai service agents

Last week was my last service at this branch, if you don't drive a Mercedes or one of the other bigger brands you can forget about them prioritizing your vehicle.
If tou don't have you drives license or I'd with you must park outside, they don't even understand you're no in your but your money is good enough.
Service from Kia/Hyundai was very good. Kia was serviced well and done is very quick time. I was kept up to date with the service at all time.
Extremely poor service. I had a battery replaced under warranty and a few months later this battery failed just as warranty expired. It took effort to get them to replace the battery as this was not a warranty issue but a guarantee issue. Seems that the dealer hadn’t had faith in their own battery. Also was told by the workshop that I need to drive distances daily and this won’t occur. I drive my car daily and put on at least 20000km per year, so cannot understand such statements!! Also, my rear camera was not working whilst on warranty and was promised that they replace it . After many months of waiting was told that they were waiting for replacement camera from Germany. Only recently I was told that they have the replacement part but since the warranty had expired I now need to pay for this On various occasions regarding battery and camera the car was at workshop creating major inconveniences My last 3 vehicles were Mercedes’ now with such poor and ridiculous service that I received I have serious doubts of ever buying another merc or the issue may be extremely poor dealership service in Klerkdorp
Very disappointing service. Took my car for replacement of keys it came back with many new problems including a broken intake manifold and the remote for the replaced key was open. No explanation was given as to how the new mechanical problems were created. The service was appalling for a Mercedes Benz dealer where one expect top notch services
Indy @ cashier ensures friendly service , You come to buy parts she secure vip like service while persuading you to trade in your old car for new and organize sales to be on your case same time . If not intouch with your senses you will walk away a new car owner on your visit to buy spare parts .
Very very poor. The telephone service is as bad as it gets. Phone just keeps on ringing at the departments, and when I phoned again later, the telephone was picked up and slammed down in my ear. The staff there is also very unfriendly, you feel like an outcast/beggar, rather than a paying customer. Very poor. Maybe the people are overworked or something, idk, but someone needs to get this place sorted out.
I'm very disappointed in how my husband was treated by management and a lady by the name of Andy at this branch when he went to buy plugs for one of our vehicles. We recently moved to Klerksdorp so this was our first experience with this specific branch. My husband's card kept declining due to technical issues I say technical because he tested the card at one of the restaurants immediately after leaving the dealership and it worked anyway a lady by the name of Andy said to my husband " Don't waste my time. I have work to do. Go sort out your card issues". My husband addressed with her and she was not bothered. He even requested to speak to management of which he did but the lady repeated the same words to him infront of her manager, which this questions a number of things. Mercedes-Benz is a reputable company and I'm totally appalled by my husband's whole experience.
